What airport should I fly into?
Please shop around and choose which is best logistically. Bordeaux will have the most regular flights from London airports.We advise that you book the flight as soon as they are released in July to secure the best rate and security.
Do I need to rent a car?
We would advise to rent a car from the airport for your stay.
Can I bring a plus one?
Only our nearest and dearest are invited.

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive for Tuesday morning/early afternoon, ready for the welcome evening. Please take into account the travel from the airport to the accommodation.
How long should we stay?
Please be there from Tuesday - Thursday but do make a holiday of it and stay as long as you wish, some of the accommodation is a weeks booking minimum.
What's the dress code?
Men: Classic black tie attire.
Women: Floor-length gowns. Dresses do not need to be black.
